What are your fees?

We have a basic fee package that can be individualized for you. Your personalized requests/suggestions will be considered and the fees will be revised as necessary. Please contact us for more information.

What questions will I be asked?

This video belongs to you and you choose what you want to share. You will be given a basic framework of questions in advance for your consideration. Questions can be revised to include or not include whatever you wish. Perhaps family wants to capture a memory or hear the details of a story again? That can be added to the list of items to be mentioned in your video. It is tailor-made for you.

Will I have a chance to see and change the video before it is finalized?

Absolutely! There is at least one editing session where you can review the video and suggest what you would like to have changed.

When my video is finished, who will be able to see it?

Once you have agreed to the final version of your video, a link will be given to you and/or a representative who will be able to access the link and download the video. From there, you decide who you wish to share the video with. It is your video to share, not ours.

If I want to personalize my video with photos or messages to specific people, can I do that?

You can personalize your video as you wish. Whatever ideas you have should be discussed during the meet-and-greet to make sure we can accommodate your wishes. The specifics will be added to your service contact for clarification.

Keep in mind that the selection of photos or any other additions should be done by you and your family in advance of the video shoot. Living Legacy will not assist you in choosing your photos, though we may ask if you have a photo that might compliment something that is mentioned in your video.
